Boggy - 531pro and 531 SL are the same steel as all 531 frames but the thickness (guage) varies, these are the two lightest 531 tubesets (I think they are actually the same tubeset), but are quite delicate as a result and also relatively rare in good condition. 531 isn't all great, a plain guage 531 main tubes only, is gonna feel like a sack of potatoes compared to a full 531 pro or SL double butted frame.

And what I commute on now after buying it from you. Colourwise more like a pearlised lemon, really nice frame
501 double butted not as heavy as many might think and solid. Made around 1988 I think.I'd love to see a photo of it if you've got one!

No, he wrote EUR 120.- each (otherwise, I wouldn't have posted the link ;-) )
But yes, both frame sets are 120.- each... (what a difficult language).
Still good price I think.
Hurry, if he get higher bids, the proce may be above EUR 120.- Especially for the Gazelle it's a very good deal IMHO.
Note also that it is for F&F only, not for the whole bike !But... ad already gone. I guess someone already bought it. I hope someone from here.

nice bike, shame its going to get parted out, but i guess thats what happens right?
it'd be perfect for the Tween Run, a few elbow grease and polish will sort it out nicely.

-
• #20194
I would assume that lo-pro sizing is to buy a larger bike than traditional geometry, as the wheelbase would usually be shorter, right? head tube is shorter for a lower profile, forcing your hands out further past the stem. so to counter act that you move your seat higher, no?
im confused, i'm pretty sure that was all bollocks.
look on velospace, you can see the difference in sizes between peoples lo-pro's and regular whips.
-
• #20195
There you go knocked this up from some guy's bikes, 53.5cm traditional track. 53cm equiv, lo-pro.
