Final draft:
Slight reduction of head tube and seat tube to makeh teh small rear triangle. Any more than this, and i think the seatpost will be too stressed and the steerer will become spacerlicious.
I have asked the communists to construct the frame from gigantitanium™ to deal with any head tube flex.
