Sadly, it's in a different league to pengy. Despite the insane colourscheme it at least functions as a bicycle, and in different colours it might be an alright bike for it's purpose. That's where pengy is the don of this thread. There is simply SO MUCH wrong with it on every single level that I honestly don't think it'll ever be bested. Makes me laugh even thinking about it, ohhh the pump BEHIND the seat-tube what joy!
It's pretty fantastically bad though, a good 8/10 on the pengification scale.
