Get rid of all cars in London, problem solved. Or at the very least ban anything larger than a 4x4 (except buses of course) between 6am and 2am = much emptier roads

All none of them? Though I do agree it's a bit unfair that peds can break reds when they want, yet cyclists are hated for it.

Yes, lets get rid of all the motorised vehicles on the roads in London, simple. Actually, let's just get rid of all of the people, ban people from London and we won't have to worry about any traffic!
