And what about the peds crossing the road against a red light just behind Mr. Darth Vader? One of them is even pushing a pram, presumably containing the most vulnerable road user of all...?
Get rid of all cars in London, problem solved. Or at the very least ban anything larger than a 4x4 (except buses of course) between 6am and 2am = much emptier roads
