I hate

They've ruined two holidays. Once they scoused all the ski's from the where everyone in the chalet had stored them. Mine were brand new FFS! 6 Months later a flight was delayed out of Gatwick because a bunch of them went on the rampage after too many WKD blues and caused the captain to abort a take-off. They refused to sit down, and STFU and terminate 'phone calls.
