Wanted: Retro Furniture

An interesting point but Jacobsen died in the seventies and do you know what I reckon he'd have been ok with it. The chair was designed for a hotel and how can you be so fascist about who buys your furniture? It;'s the company , not the designer trying to make it precious and therefore keep the prices up. Serves them right it got ripped off.

i think they were lucky to get a new lease of life - they hadn't been cool for years, then bigbrother used them and i bet that increased their sales - this however is just greed... however a copy is a copy and to me it's way worse than buying pirate cd's or dvd's or handbags from a dodgy market
