MG very sorry to hear about this shitty incident..... worsened by the attitude of the majority. Having a hit like that is bad enough on its own, let alone what you endured.
Pursuing the 3rd party lability insurers sounds like a good call and in the meantime, I have a 55cm beater fork/frame/stem/bars (no chainset, wheels & brakes) you are welcome to borrow if need be. PM me if this is of interest.
