The way you tell it is that you basically failed what the police call the attitude test. i.e. you didn't look like a victim. The ped and the truck driver probably did. Sucks but that's the way they are trained.

yeah, a copper i play footy with mentioned the "tude test" which is basically if you are courteous to a copper they will be nice back most times and if not they may make your life difficult. What sucks is when coppers turn up with "tude" themselves and patronise the F*ck out of you for no reason.

Tooley street is a nightmare. You already shouted ahead and prepared for stupid peds and still got f*cked over. I have had too many close calls coming down Tooley street like this so just try to avoid this cyclists hellhole as much as i can.
