If you not close to someone who can teach you...
I found this very helpful. Built several pairs now using those instructions (and the home-made wooden jig).
Was nervous on first few rides, but they were so nice, light, fast, - and 36h 3X on a good rim is pretty much indestructible, so I'd be very reluctant to use anything else now.
