  • it looks like its too small for you. stem and seat are both stacked out. nice looking bike however.

    +1

    It genuinely is not:
1.thats my parents lock up- my dad always takes any large packages for me there, cos we can easily recycle all the packaging- its opposite a recycling centre.
I was dialling it in as that photo was taken- thats literally straight out of the box.
Its lost about an inch of seatpost, and as I didn't personally set up the bike, I asked for 3 spacers so I could tune it in- like all people should.

    1. The Geo of the bike is designed as short ST, long effective TT which = long SP.
thus, if you look at the website, all seatposts are a little longer than normal.

    2. The stem is too long for me, they sent me a 120 when I wanted a 100.

    3. Biomechanically, in the new, dialled in, position, the bike fits perfect.
My understanding of Biomechanics is not cyclefit level, but i have had quite alot of study in it. I can tell when my muscles are imbalanced, and know how to spot it on other people. I have very odd body proportions, but in no way could fit on the 570mm ETT large frame. This has a 547mm ETT which, plus a 100mm stem is my ideal fit.

Geo for the bikes are here:
    Geometry

    Bike Size cm: S(48) M(51) L(54) XL(57)
    SeatTubeC2T: 480 510 540 570
    ETT C2C(mm): 530 547 570 590

    Consider this:
in a standard LDNFGSS frame we see- the ST and TT(non ETT) are relatively equal. my track frames, and both my GHs rely on the fact that TT often = ST, this is due to the standard ratio of Armspan to Height roughly = 1.
On this frame the ST is about 4cm shorter than the TT, meaning around 1.5 inches extra of SP for the average rider. Even more so because of C2T vs C2C
Thus even when set up perfectly- a long SP is inevitable.
i will take a photo of the current set up sometime soon, probably when I showcase all my bikes on this thread in just over a week or so.

i hope this helps and I fully expect a large number of arguments about what I've said.
