Build them yourself. Its not that hard.
If you're spending uber sums of money on hubs and rims, for the cost you may as well get a really good w.builder to do it for you (arup/dogsballs/etc.), but anything low to mid level I'd def do yourself.
Loads of good info here and on web in general, really nothing to be scared of.
