CrazyJames, you are comparing two places, one of which you know NOTHING about.
How do you know your issues were unresolvable without wedges/insoles? Answer: You don't.
By all means be happy with your cyclefit but don't slate bike whisperer when your opinion is completely uninformed. You only started riding clipless a month ago ffs.
