I'd like to make the point that by highlighting that, I was not saying what happened to malice was "a clear injustice," just trying to draw attention to Bill's own opinion on the matter. One would (I hope!) do what they could to prevent an injustice. My point being, we're not tour officials, and therefore cannot affect the results. However, we are, in a way, league officials
