No, you have set a precedent for refs to get it wrong, not the same thing.
And if you overturn the refs decision, on whose authority are we doing it? A majority vote of the league players?
Personally, as part owner of the league, I feel that either a unanimous agreement of the 6 players involved or majority of league players present could overturn a ref's call with a majority of all league players giving the ok for the possibility of overturning the call in question.
But that's quite a process to go through and I'm not sure the league is up for it...
