Breathed into a Carbon Monoxide measuring device at the Dr's yesterday and the level of it in my blood was 8 times that of a normal person, but my blood pressure was 140 over 80 (should that be the other way round?) which is apparently fine.
Motivation for doing this is tooth related- failure rate for the implant operation is 10% for non-smokers, 25% for smokers.
Which is a shame as I enjoy(ed) smoking.
