I looked at the budget Boss stand, and to be honest I did'nt really like the plastic clamp.
Personaly I'd go for the PC10 if I was you. Its a very basic looking stand, as your paying for quality not features. But it looks like it'll do the job and last.
Having said that, Im saving my pennies for a Ultimate Feedback stand, to go with my new Ultimate truing stand.
Great clamping mechanism, an uber stable three leg design, and its easy to fold. Not cheap though (~£170)
