I actually ride past this everyday, but i didnt think it was A) floodlit B) big enough, but on closer inspection it doesnt look too bad, and is floodlit (albeit not very well) surface looks ok too (it appears to be funny colours in the satellite pic, but is actually tarmac) will go back and check it for camber/size with a ball and mallet later and report back.
only downside is that it is on a relatively quiet residential road, so we'd probably have to be relatively quiet and be sure to clean up cans, be discreet about smokes etc....
