All I've done for the 29er this month, is build a front wheel. A couple of days ago I unlaced the brake disc side after I changed my mind* spoke-wise. I'm going backwards here :(
The original plan was to go all DT Revos on a 32 3x wheelset, using Hope Pro IIs and velocity blunts. I'm now replacing the brake disc side spokes with Super comps, partly to make the building easier, partly to stiffen up the wheels for disc brakes use.
(*had explosive wind-up, while dishing/tensioning the front wheel. Not fun)
