It was made by a small company in Italy called Paduano Racing. They make around 200 frames a year so you don't see many of them around.

I was looking for a new frame this time last year and saw that model in coverage from Eurobike. I contacted them, got a detailed quote on price and so on then went to visit them in November (they are about 1.5 hours drive from Rome). Frame was ordered then and I received it in March.
