That was fantastic fun. Thanks to Winston, Caspar, JC, and RPM for organising it and too all those who gave up their time in helping out over the last week. As a rider it's very much appreciated.
To all those from the forum who were there offering support, thank you. You can't really see or hear anyone individually as you race past but it's a real buzz to race with a vocal and
pissedpassionate crowd spurring you on. I was hoping to finish in the top ten of the Vets race and my last lap death or glory strategy worked as I caught two riders to move me up to 9th. Yay! :-)
