Personally I'd rotate the bars upwards slightly, so that the ends of the bars are in line with the rear brake stay.
Tried to mention this yesterday.
On the picture I rotated the bars anticlockwise 10 degrees.
Looks better in the pic IMHO.
It will ride a lot better too. Perhaps it has to be rotated even more.
Of course it all depends on what you prefer.

By the way, how do you call a BRAKE BRIDGE on a track frame ?
