If you are serious about keeping this as a road fixed, there is space on that fork for a front brake drilling. You could do this yourself, if you have a good drill and a clamp. But it would be pretty scaring, and I cant imagine a LBS charging much to do it for you. If you are just going to ride it around for a bit and get bored/sell it. Then clamp-on is probably the way to go.

don't think there is space to drill it - don't think i would want to as well.

I think it is also too big for me :-(

really want to keep it though - it would be a waste just to hang on the wall!
