The frame is full out-of-the-ordinary.
Not too sure on the year. The frame number is F2. Which is kinda unhelpful in dating. We know from the dropouts its pre 1990, and at a guess Id say mid 80s, but I couldn't swear to it, it could be older. It also doesn't have any tubing stickers, which isn't too handy either.
