• It's weird doing a sudden switch from training with a slow cadence (50-70) standing focus, to seated high cadence for slow twitch (110-130) / high cadence for fast twitch (160->200).

    10 days of it, and I can already feel the slow cadence/standing powers diminishing. That's specificity for ya.

    It's going to take a while for my undercarriage to adapt too.

    *but I'm enjoying the eating with abandon aspect :)
