5pmish start, to give the track ladies a bit of time to over run (and me some time to play polo). Dinner is on and baking chaos will soon commence.

Will anyone be getting there a bit early, for preprandial pintage?
Edit: or, is anyone riding down from north-east-ish, and in the mood for a bit of a scenic detour? (I have cabin fever, and need to work up an appetite.)

I will be riding down, about 4. PM'ing you.

In case the main cheesecake doesn't set in time, and I can't face the music for shame, this is a quick shot of the little extra puddings (that will definitely set) I've made with the leftover mixture, that I'm bringing along too. A bit worried that I've made a non-baked cake now, but hopefully that won't matter...

Disaster, Mini Tesco does not stock Flour, or Sugar, or any other useful baking ingredients, but does stock over 20 varieties of speciality coffee, and 25 different types of tea (fruit and regular).
officially out. if i can make it down post work, i will be hanging my head in shame.

Don't worry - we'll need some people not to bring cake, otherwise we'll have a dangerous oversupply!

i'm ogling and prep and all that and realized i'm not on the sweet list, so i fixed it. things are looking good, i'm wrecking the kitchen plus build me new wheels ... well not simultainously of course, silly!
it sorta coincides well but attention is needed considering the cake is rectangular and me wheels better be round this time.1.moog

Still need a hand to ferry your baked goods huge16? Am about to set out and could easily swing by NW. Just my bike bag, but have Tupperware and can travel.

There were peanut butter cookies? I missed them! :(
My votes go to the lemon drizzle cake, the avocado-banana-pecan cake, and the lime and ginger cheesecake. And the pina colada cupcakes. And the Guinness cake. And the apple and ginger cake. And the cashew nut brittle. And the stout cookies. And god, I can't believe I ate so much.
Can I have all the recipes please? Pleeeeeeeeease?
