some longtime friends of ours live in 18th St, Park Slope, near Prospect Park in Brooklyn.. i couldn't imagine living in NYC myself but this is a great neighbourhood, just off 4th Ave.. good local shops and decent folk, i do love visiting the states, it has been a while.. last there in 2004 when GW Bush got re-elected.. i ran the ING New York Marathon.. now that is one great way to see the city.. the five boro' ride sounds similar.. we are over again next summer, planning a roadtrip from brooklyn-ithaca-niagra-guelph-muskoka-montreal-marthas vineyard-brooklyn we have alot of people to see..
