Fuck's sake dude.
You don't know what happened, don't jump to conclusions. And, what AndyW said.

yeah best leave out speculation until the facts are established mate.
Very sad news indeed RIP -

these awful deaths keep happening 1 after another, and it's always very sad to hear yet another.
whats more sad to me is that these deaths are largely preventable through education that can only be actioned by government campaign which little effort and relatively little money.
i feel sry all those affected, it's tragic.
Boris, cmon' get on the case. -

Carson that should be deleted, family members and friends often end up on these threads plus we have'nt a clue what happened.
+1
Carson, it is common for family and friends to find this site, sometimes only hours after the incident. Please consider their feelings. You may be right, but until the facts are known, its best to reserve all judgements.
RIP to another cyclist. It is just tragic.

Any reports on this in the press yet? I can't find anything.
I'll cross my fingers for now and hope that it's not fatal.

Oh no. My thoughts with the family.
I was riding up St Thomas Street this afternoon, to the lights at Borough High Street. There's construction work going on there, with huge dumper trucks going back and forth. I followed one up to the lights at red. There was a badge on the back warning cyclists not to ride up the left and an audible message: "Warning. Vehicle turning Left".
Some one is taking notice, in a big way. These things should be fitted, and retro fitted as standard, and their proper use determined by law. -

It says fatal in the OP
If it makes you feel any better, I didn't notice either and wondered why people were saying RIP.

So sad, it seems to be this years recurring equation, woman + left turning big vehicle = fatality
RIP
-

an audible message: "Warning. Vehicle turning Left".
Bloody good idea

So, until it's confirmed, I am hoping it's not a fatality.

man, this is such a blow, another female cyclist, and whitechapel road, which has to be one of the worst stretches of road ever.
thoughts are with the family and friends, whatever has happened.
10 am this morning, woman cyclist dragged under the left hand side wheels of a bus on left turn, junction of Leman st, commercial rd and Whitechapel rd. Fatal.
Witnessed by the receptionist of Good Times Tattoo on her way to work, we were just discussing what bike to get her, she's not going to be riding in London now.
