You're so easy to wind up, it almost feels mean...
Pot; and his two friends, calling Kettle. come in..
This is the crux of it, Graham has found that nerve and the response is so predictable it's funny. He is a wind up and pretty cutting, a fair few have been on the end of it and very, very few react; one being OOL. good company??
He sits on the side of nasty but it's the funny side, i was in stitches when it went fission in here. i woke up laughing!
It's daft to blame grassers for the banning as it was Velocios decision (Velocio acted to protect a few that needed protecting and difuse the bad blood built up).
But the act of banning him will soon cause sides to be made - this we could do without as it will escalate. best just diffuse the bad blood from now on and not add to it -

There are a lot of things in that pie that just scream gross. I hate it already.
-
• #3042
Anyway that's blatantly a tart. A pie should have a top.

agreed. that sounds vomitty.

I hate cutting weight. 4kg left to go by Friday. Sweatsuit, little food, sauna, heavenly!

Andy, how does a sweatsuit or sauna help you lose weight, don't they just make you sweat - i.e. water comes off, not weight?

The frangipani just sounds too complicated with its layered business.
Lemon drizzle is where its at.
That or Jamacian ginger cake. -

water weight is shed on purpose before a fight's weigh in- and there's a fuckload- basically forced dehydration.
Then- drink loads again and your body soaks it up, and you're fine to fight.
Same deal with lightweight rowing teams.
So its a temp loss of weight.
be careful Andy. 4kg of water is a lot to go. -

One of the reasons they brought weigh-ins forward in boxing, was to give boxers time to rehydrate before the fight. Dehydration in an attempt to lose weight was thought to be a significant contribution to brain damage. So, in the context of Andy trying to shed the pounds, I was quesioning the wisdom of sweating off the water.......

oh...
sorry....
I'll leave now. There isn't a point. It doesn't help except the weigh in, which I assumed is what andy's cutting for.
heheh
