Royal Fail lost my parcel containing a Tynan Tshirt and other bits ( I went 3 times to the depot and were useless every time). I was ready to claim for compensation myself but Shelley at SJSC said that they would handle the claim themselves (without me asking) and she sent me a new parcel the next day by recorded delivery to make sure it'll get to me.
+1 to SJS.
