true but i think the second one is better, the first one looks a bit similar to the london logo.

but the tails on the second one's banner, where it says 'since 2007', are in conflict with the mallet grip.

yeah.. i threw in all the cliches i was saying i was going to avoid.... neither are finished, and i actually spent longer on the first and then got lazy that's why the scroll/mallet handle problem is there....

i don't think the logo should be re-appropriated, you would only redesign it months down the line.

No i haven't, and looks like registration has been stoped... yesterday!!!
