Have a chat with the guys at Walrus Systems (New Quebec St W1 I think), they always have a few pairs of the various Tannoy's knocking about (like the Westminsters pictured above), so could no doubt give some advice regarding amps etc.
If I recall correctly the dual concentric thing gives an excellent stereo image as there is a single point source of the sound.
