I don´t get this bike, apart from the retarded choice of components, the clearances look out of place

looks like the guy sticked on some 700c forks on a Lopro.

I know this is now somewhat "old", but I gotta ask..
What's with the rear wheel clearance to the frame? Or the lack of it that is.. is it made for a 650c wheel? 'Cause that'd look like a "melting tent circus midget bike" rather than a "melting tent bike"..

i reckon that lo-pro is meant to have a 650 front wheel and fork, but its been replaced by 700c wheel and fork.
