velo libre, you're chain is the vulnerable part of your lock set-up. It can be cropped or cut far more quickly than I think you would like. I can't recommend any chain with less than 16mm links.
The Evo Mini is an excellent carry-around lock, though for real resistance to cropping, again, I can only recommend 16mm as a minimum for U-lock bar width. A disc alarm lock really seems to be the thing that will protect a bike most against theft, if you're close enough to respond to it.
