Hells-fucking-yes. She drove me to a shop, I got the frame checked out and we settled it there. I probably should have gone through her insurance but I just couldn't be bothered with the faff. Plus she was well apologetic. Let's just hope she learnt her lesson and we have one more considerate driver on our roads...

Suggest that she take cycle training. Works wonders for road awareness even in a car or lorry.
