Yeah it's pretty big, I can't remmeber the size of the top of my head though and I don't have anything to measure it here.
I bought it off aa good friend who rides a fixed, he said it'd be fine - I trust his judgement :)
It was the first question I asked cause I'm pretty damn tall!
