Lorry drivers and seeing red

When people get into their cars, mostly, they have a strange psychological shift which causes them to behave like real idiots. I find it utterly bizzare the way most people drive. I am sure some studies must have been done on it by someone.

I've been wondering about this myself. I've been buzzed by people in cars on a number of occasions, and have always been left asking why they think it is OK to use their vehicle in such a threatening manner, especially when the consequences could be so dire. Sometimes I wonder if people really appreciate how vulnerable cyclists are.
