After 16 years, and subject to ratification, Chris Boardman no longer holds the Blue Riband record of British time trialling.
Port Talbot Wheelers 25 today won by Dave McCann in 45:54, on the ridiculously quick Resolven course. Fourteen riders inside 50:00, obviously including Dr Hutch who was once more within seconds of Boardman's mark, but will now never have the honour of knocking the mighty Chreeeeees off the top of the rankings.
