That's obviously not a potential hour record bike, but it's also not legal for use in British time trials under CTT regs, or international ones under UCI regs. I know he revels somewhat in his 'maverick' status, but being told by the start timekeeper to go home and fix your bike isn't 'maverick', it's stupid.
