As for the eczma, it depends. Some things work one some people and don't work on other.
I've done few jobs for pharmaceutical companies and have some samples. Let you know the names (I've spoken to the doctors during the congresses and they pointed few samples, but I don't remember the names of top of my head). Steroid creams work, but they make your skin thinner and brittle.
