In some places, yes. £1 to blow up your tires just to save on carrying a pump. FAIL
Silly idea really. There a a lot of places in London where you could easily be a long walk from a petrol station and even then you would need to know where it is. I'd suggest that this idea is utter gobshite, better of carrying a proper pump.
