i'd throw aloe vera into the mix, but it only works when the scar is still healing, works really well...especially if you happen to have a supply of fresh cactus on hand! i was in spain for a week recently and the garden where we stayed was abundant. sliced a slither off a leaf each day, halfed it and rubbed the clear gel onto a scar from an operation...worked amazingly. i was told by my consultant that simply massaging a scar 3 times a day with any kind of cream etc is also good. breaks stuff up. there's a lot of talk about ultrasound working but he believed it to be BS.
