Just went past myself - they were cleaning up & investigating. Very very sad. Must be traumatic for all concerned. I was hoping that as it was so close to Royal London A&E there might be a good outcome.

My condolences to their friends and relatives. I live just of New Rd. so I go through this junction few times every day and a shit junction it is, You really need to look out what's going on round there. Had a close call the other week when the lights turned green going from vallence road to new road and a split second later on Whitechapel Rd too. I've managed to ride away quickly but there was a mini pile up. Ride safe

that junction is a bad one.

whitechapel road is bad full stop. often there are local kids burning around in sports cars. makes me wonder they are legal etc ? probably not.
