TBH, the welds don't look as tight as the earlier models and they've painted the carbon forks - which doesn't lessen them but why paint carbon?

Real Quality Carbon frames & forks actually look pretty much black, that woven looking stuff is just stuck on the outside to make it look more carbony to the consumer.
