Usain Bolt... Bloody 'ell!

There's the rub. By permitting the use of potentially life-threatening drugs, you automatically validate their use for everyone. And not everyone will have the presence of mind to weigh up the long term cost against the short term gain. Props to you for being sensible about it though.

When you're in that position, you almost get addicted to that feeling of being so strong, and I freely admit....that I found it extremely difficult to resist the temptation of a relatively easy (physically speaking anyways) chance to boost my strength further, but i'm glad I did.
