To be perfectly honest I think this place has been really good lately. look at the current posts and there's plenty of substantial bike stuff. I regulate myself and do not need anyone telling me what I should and shouldn't say. I'm well aware of when the line is crossed. Thanks. Having said that, I am aware that things get misconstrued and that things get carried away sometimes, so I apologise if anything I have ever said has come across as sexist. It was never intended. Maybe if people spent less time whining or trying to win pointless arguments and more time contributing then maybe that would make things better...
Let's not have this place turn into the tedious, apologetic, lowest common denominator pish that seems to have invaded every other aspect of public life.
Scott, I see you mentioned people comparing their girlfriends to girls in stupid pictures and I assume that was aimed at me. I'm not sure why you deem that to be so pathetic; it was just a daft observation derived from my missing someone that lives 200 miles away. Please get over it.
And while I'm having my say, it should be noted that while GA2G comes out with a lot of shit (no offense pal), his heart is clearly in the right really and anyone with half a brain knows that. Also, he has compiled dozens of really helpful lists that help actually help newcomers and are a thousand times more useful than endless smartarsed, big-fish-in-a-small-pond, UTFS type comments.
