I asked for some spirit level bubbles but they laughed at me in local builders' merch.

moog I'm going to get some spares. If you decide you have a spot for one, it's yours. Don't think they're going to be very pricey, if Ray's deal was anything to go by.

That's the ting about spirit level bubbles, they are a closely guarded secret, you need to be persistent, they'll try and tell you they don't exist but they do. Make sure you ahve a good bag though as they are very heavy despite their small size.
