Gonna be running 3 inch risers, the bars are lower but the riding position is totally differnt due to completely different geometry compared to a bmx frame, i'll also be using a really short stem, and I may be switching to 4 inch risers depending on how it feels with these ones, i've tried out a similar set up and it feels really good, in terms of the riding position.
For me its not so much how high the front end is, but where my upper body is in relation to the front end, I find even doing everything I can on a bmx to change the riding position to help my shoulder, it still aggrovates it because I am just too far hunched over the front regardless of what i've tried, whereas on my fixed, or on mtb's the riding position seems to be perfect as it puts me further towards the centre of the bike which works really well for me, and I can ride for as long as I want in comfort :)
