Does anyone have a link or know the landlord at the C&H? I'm happy to organise it all if needs be but if someone already has ties there it would be a whole load easier.

Shall we say the weekend after the BFF, 3rd or 4th October. What do people think of those dates?

Snowy has good contacts with Steve at the C&H. 3rd or 4th October looks a go-er to me.
