+1 for Cycle Shack in Leyton. The american guy is relaxed and helpful. Not met the others yet. Bike Trax on Cambridge Park Road near Wanstead tube station - they gave me a new inner tube to get me home and said I could pay the next day (I did). Nice one guys.
